Kin-nî chhun-thiⁿ tāi-hôe chū-chi̍p tī Ē-mn̂g Sin-koe-á lé-pài-tn̂g, gī-lūn kàu-hōe ê tāi-chì. Góa ū kú-gī Bo̍k-su tio̍h sì nî chi̍t jīm, kàu jīm móa tio̍h chhut-chāi Tāi-hōe hun-pia̍t saⁿ-ōaⁿ. Chit-ê tāi-chì Tāi-hōe í-keng phài lâng gī-lūn, kàu mê-nî chhun-hōe hê-hok. Taⁿ góa beh tāi-lio̍k kong-bêng só͘ kú-gī ê ì-sù, m̄-sī hiâm siông-hoat m̄-hó chiah ài kóe, ia̍h m̄-sī kóng tio̍h chiong só͘ kóe ê chòe tiāⁿ-tio̍h ê hoat-tō͘, to̍k-to̍k sī chiàu hiān-sî hit-ê tāi-kio̍k lâi khòaⁿ, ti̍ioh chiām-sî piàn-thong, ǹg-bāng khah ū lī-ek tī ta̍k tông-hōe, í-ki̍p chiah-ê Bo̍k-su. Chi̍t hāng sī in-ūi Tiong-kok siat-li̍p kàu-hōe bē kú, kàu-hōe ê lâng chai tō-lí bē chhim, lâng siông-siông iàm-chiān kū, hoaⁿ-hí sin. Nā Bo̍k-su chōe-chōe nî tiàm tī hit-ê tông-hōe, chiū ta̍k lé-pài só͘ pī-pān ê tō-lí sui-jiân tôe-ba̍k bô saⁿ-tâng, nā-sī só͘ gī-lūn ê tō-lí, tāi-khài pêng-siông chìm kú, chiū thiaⁿ ê lâng lia̍h-chòe khò-sio̍k, chiū léng-tām bô sím-mi̍h kéng-séng.
Siat-sú hān nî ōaⁿ lâng chiū kàu-hōe tiong ê lâng khah ài thiaⁿ sin-lâng só͘ thôan ê tō-lí, ǹg-bāng i liû-sim sòe-jī thiaⁿ, khah ōe tit-tio̍h sim-lāi ê lī-ek. Koh Bo̍k-su ia̍h thang chiong i pún só͘ pī-pān ê tō-lí ke-thiⁿ sin sek lâi thoân tī sin ōaⁿ jīm ê tông-hōe, hō͘ nn̄g pêng sim-koaⁿ lóng ōe oa̍h-tāng, chiū nn̄g pêng lóng ū lī-ek.
Chi̍t hāng: kiám-chhái Bo̍k-su khòaⁿ kàu-hōe tiong ê lâng bô sím-mi̍h chun-kèng i, á-sī bô sím-mi̍h hoaⁿ-hí thàn i ê kà-sī, sim-koaⁿ iu-būn, siūⁿ beh lī-khui, chóng-sī bōe-tit-thang chū-choan, tek-khak tio̍h pín Tāi-hōe, hō͘ Tāi-hōe chú-ì chiah ōe chòe-tit. Nā beh pín, iū kiaⁿ-liáu sī chhin-chhiūⁿ kò tông-hōe, nā m̄ pín iū oh-tit thun-lún; che sī chi̍t-pêng ê kan-khó͘. Kiám-chhái ū lâng khòaⁿ in ê Bo̍k-su bô sím-mi̍h chīn pún-hūn, sim-lāi ài i lī-khui, chóng-sī bô hoat-tō͘, nā beh pín Tāi-hōe, mī chhin-chhiūⁿ teh kò Bo̍k-su, nā m̄ pín, m̄-kú khòaⁿ kàu-hōe soe-thè, sim-lāi bōe pêng-an, che sī koh chi̍t-pêng ê kan-khó͘. Siat-sú ōe ōaⁿ jīm, chiū nn̄g-pêng lóng ū lī-ek.
Chi̍t hāng: kiám-chhái Bo̍k-su ê tiong-kan ū lâng sai-khia chiām-sî saⁿ-ōaⁿ, kiám-chhái kúi lé-pài, á-sī kúi ge̍h-ji̍t, m̄-sī kú-tn̂g, ia̍h ū kap in ê tióng-ló-hōe gī-lūn tit-tio̍h in èng-ún, che ia̍h ōe kiâⁿ-ti̍t.
Chóng-sī tio̍h siūⁿ beh chiām-sî saⁿ-ōaⁿ ū sím-mi̍h ì-sù, kap ōe lī-ek tông-hōe á bōe. Kiám-chhái Bo̍k-su khah ōe chiàu-kò͘ i ê sin-thé, che sī siūⁿ chi̍t-hīn tiāⁿ-tiāⁿ, koh tio̍h siūⁿ khòaⁿ ōe lī-ek tông-hōe á bô. Kiaⁿ-liáu ta̍k lâng saⁿ-ōaⁿ sī chhin-chhiūⁿ chòe lâng-kheh, sui-jiân ōe chiàu-sî thoân tō-lí, nā-sī tī-lí kàu-hōe ê sū chiū khah pàng-sang, in-ūi khah bô sio̍k tī i ê koan-hē, nā-sī án-ni, chiū bô lī-ek tī tông-hōe. Kì-jiân bô lī-ek tông-hōe, chiū m̄-thang sai-khia ōaⁿ. Siat-sú sin-thé soe-lám, khah hó tio̍h chiām-sî thêng-kang, pôe-ióng sin-thé, hō͘ tông-hōe lēng-gōa koh chhiáⁿ pa̍t-lâng lâi tī-lí, chhin-chhiūⁿ án-ni, chiū nn̄g pêng lóng ū lī-ek. Tùi án-ni khòaⁿ, nā ōe chiong koân siat-li̍p ōaⁿ jīm ê hoat-tō͘, ǹg-bāng koh khah ōe lī-ek Bo̍k-su kap tông-hōe.
Chi̍t hāng: lūn kàu tio̍h cháiⁿ-iūⁿ ōaⁿ jīm, chiàu góa phah-sǹg Tāi-hōe tio̍h tiāⁿ-tio̍h Bo̍k-su chi̍t jīm kúi nî, ta̍k-nî tio̍h phài lâng siông-sè chhâ só͘ koán chiah-ê ū siat-li̍p Bo̍k-su ê tông-hōe, iáu-bē môa-nî·ê, m̄-sái ōaⁿ jīm, í-keng móa-nî·ê, chiū tio̍h ōaⁿ jīm. Siat-sú i ê tông-hōe chhiat-ì beh lâu·i, tio̍h khòaⁿ i ū kap tông-hōe saⁿ kiat-liân hoaⁿ-hí hō͘ i lâu á bô, koh tio̍h khòaⁿ i kà-sī tī-lí ê tông-hōe ū heng-ōng á bô, nā ū chí nn̄g-hāng, chiū chún i koh lâu chi̍t jīm, kàu āu-jīm chiū bōe-tit-thang koh lâu, tio̍h hō͘ i khì lī-ek pa̍t-ê tông-hōe, chhut-chāi Tāi-hōe phài lâng ōaⁿ.
Che sī góa gû-gōng ê phah-sǹg, chiū siá kúi-kù, chhiáⁿ lia̍t-ūi Bo̍k-su kap tāi-gī Tióng-ló, siông-sè séng-chhat, khòaⁿ ū sím-mi̍h hó ê gī-lūn, tāi-seng pī-pān, kàu mê-nî chhun-thiⁿ Tāi-hōe ê sî, piān-piān thang tiāⁿ-tio̍h, kiám-chhái chiàu-siông hoat, á-sī beh chiàu piàn-thong ê hoat, thang lī-ek lia̍t-ūi Bo̍k-su, kap kok tông-hōe, sī góa ê sim só͘ goān.

今年春天大會聚集佇廈門新街仔禮拜堂,議論教會的事誌。我有舉議牧師著定著四年一任,到任滿,著出在大會分別相換。即个事誌大會已經派儂議論,到明年春會回覆。當我卜大略講明所舉議的意思,毋是嫌常法毋好㱏愛改,亦毋是講著將所改的做定著的法度,獨獨是照現時彼个大局來看,著暫時變通,眏望較有利益佇逐堂會,以及遮个牧師。
一項是因為中國設立教會未久,教會中的儂知道理未深,儂常常厭賤[1]舊,歡喜新。若牧師濟濟年坫佇彼个堂會,就逐禮拜所備辦的道理雖然題目無相同,但是所議論的道理,大概平常浸久,就聽的儂掠做靠熟[2],就冷淡無熱心警醒。
設使限年換儂就教會中的儂較愛聽新儂所傳的道理,眏望伊留心細膩聽,較會得著心內的利益。故牧師亦通將伊本所備辦的道理加添新式來傳佇新換任的堂會,予兩爿心肝攏會活動,就兩爿攏有利益。
一項:敢彩牧師看教會中的儂無甚物尊敬伊,抑是無甚物歡喜趁伊的教示,心肝憂悶,想卜離開,總是𣍐得通自專,的確著稟大會,予大會主意㱏會做得。若卜稟,又驚了是親像告堂會;若毋稟又僫得吞忍,這是一爿的艱苦。敢彩有儂看𢙠的牧師無甚物盡本份,心內愛伊離開,總是無法度,若卜稟大會,便親像咧告牧師,若毋稟,毋拘看教會衰退,心內𣍐平安,這是故一爿的艱苦。設使會換任,就兩爿攏有利益。
一項:敢彩牧師的中間有儂私奇[3]暫時相換,敢彩幾禮拜,抑是幾月日,毋是久長,亦有佮𢙠的長老會議論得著𢙠應允,這亦會行得。
總是著想卜暫時相換有甚物意思,佮會利益堂會抑𣍐。敢彩牧師因為家己衰荏,眏望相換較會照顧伊的身體,這是想一面但但,故著想看會利益堂會抑無。驚了逐儂相換是親像做儂客,雖然會照時傳道理,但是治理教會的事就較放鬆,因為較無屬佇伊的關係。若是按呢就無利益堂會。既然無利益堂會,就毋通私奇換。設使身體衰荏,較好著暫時停工,培養身體,予堂會另外故請別儂來治理,親像按呢,就兩爿攏有利益。對按呢看,若會將權設立換任的法度,眏望故較會利益牧師佮堂會。
一項:論到著怎樣換任,照我拍算大會著定著牧師一任幾年,逐年著派儂詳細查所管遮个有設立牧師的堂會,猶未滿年的,毋使換任;已經滿年的,就著換任。設使伊的堂會切意卜留伊,著看伊有佮堂會相結連歡喜予伊留抑無,故著看伊教示治理的堂會有興旺抑無,若有此兩項,就准伊故留一任,到後任就𣍐得通故留,著予伊去利益別的堂會,出在大會派儂換。
這是我愚戇的拍算,就寫幾句,請列位牧師佮代議長老,詳細省察,看有甚物好的議論,事先備辦,到明年春天大會的時,便便通定著,敢彩照常法,抑是卜照變通的法,通利益列位牧師佮各堂會,是我的心所願。
